Description
Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and operate production-grade machine learning systems for its new Retail Media product. The role covers the full ML lifecycle, including problem framing, data understanding, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, with a focus on sponsored product ranking, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, attribution, and performance measurement. The engineer will collaborate with Data & AI, product, engineering, and business stakeholders and work with cloud-based systems, robust ML pipelines, and scalable software engineering practices.
