Arm is hiring a senior NPU development engineer to develop and architect next-generation neural processing unit features in a hardware modelling platform. The role collaborates with ML hardware design, verification, and compiler teams on product design, specification, verification, performance optimization, and customer engagements, while leading larger work packages, driving technical direction, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field, strong C, C++, and Python skills, and analytical ability; experience with hardware design, modelling, SystemC, HLS, source control, CI/CD, machine learning frameworks, and signal processing is preferred.
