Description
Arlo is hiring a Senior MLOps Engineer to own the machine-learning infrastructure powering its underwriting business. The role covers scalable model-training pipelines, low-latency real-time inference for quoting, and tooling for data scientists and actuaries, including backtesting and validation. Candidates should have production-scale ML or data infrastructure experience, strong Python skills, experience with large datasets and model-serving systems, and the ability to own reliable production infrastructure. Prior healthcare or insurance experience, MLOps tooling, feature stores, or experimentation-platform experience are preferred. Compensation is $180,000–$230,000 plus equity.
