Senior MMIC Design Engineer at K2 Space

K2 is hiring a Senior MMIC Design Engineer to develop high-performance RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuits for next-generation satellite communication systems. The role owns MMIC designs from architecture and technology selection through schematic design, layout, electromagnetic simulation, tapeout, characterization, and product integration, with responsibility for power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, RF switches, and related circuit optimization. The position requires an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least five years of RF/MMIC design experience in GaAs or GaN technologies, and hands-on experience with RF characterization, tapeout, and hardware validation. Compensation is $170,000–$250,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
