Afternow is hiring a Senior Flutter Developer as a full-time contractor to build a high-performance, offline-first mobile application for digital retail. The role uses Flutter’s Add-to-App architecture to integrate with native Android and iOS shells, connect to Java microservices via REST, and interface with Smart POS terminals, receipt printers, and barcode scanners. Responsibilities include developing POS, marketplace, banking, inventory, and AI companion modules; building responsive UIs; managing local SQLite storage; ensuring app performance and reliability; and conducting code reviews. The position is fully remote for candidates in Europe or LATAM, requires 5+ years of mobile development experience with at least 3 years of Flutter experience, and offers gross compensation of €3,000–€4,000 per month.
