Posh is hiring an in-person Mobile Engineer in its New York City SoHo office to lead the technical strategy and architecture of mobile applications built with React Native and Expo. The role owns mobile quality, scalability, release processes, design-system consistency, CI/CD, testing, and developer experience, while partnering with product and design teams and mentoring senior engineers. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience leading complex frontend projects, 3–4 years of mobile development expertise with Swift or Kotlin, and 1–2 years with React or React Native.
