Topstep is hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer to build and own its mobile trading platform using React Native and TypeScript. The role focuses on developing the MVP, establishing reusable architecture and components, integrating GraphQL APIs, supporting real-time trading data, and delivering features across iOS and Android. The engineer will partner with product, design, backend, and quality teams, mentor other engineers, and support production reliability. The position is eligible for fully remote or hybrid work and offers a base salary of $155,000 to $200,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus and health, dental, and vision insurance.
