J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a Sr Mobile Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role performs intermediate preventive maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on tractors, trailers, chassis, containers, and power equipment at customer sites and rail yards using a mobile service truck. Duties include tire, brake, electrical, ABS, structural, welding, cutting-torch, and trailer/container panel repairs; equipment documentation; safety compliance; and mentoring technician trainees. The position requires at least two years of semi-tractor or semi-trailer maintenance and repair experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or military background, plus a clean driving record and willingness to work outdoors and variable shifts. The position is full time, offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus, and does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship.
