MANTECH is hiring a Senior Model Based Systems Engineer for a fully remote position in the United States. The role provides technical guidance and workload management for modelers, architects and integrates MBSE models of Navy systems and processes, evaluates SysML approaches, manages Cameo Systems Modeler implementations, integrates models with databases and visualization tools, mentors junior modelers, performs quality assurance reviews, and maintains configuration management. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of systems engineering or NAVSEA systems experience, four years of Cameo Systems Modeler experience, two years of technical leadership, and two years of Jira and Confluence experience, along with U.S. citizenship and an active or current Secret clearance. Compensation is projected at $89,100 to $148,200, with health insurance and other benefits available.
