STR is hiring a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to support DoD mission areas in its Woburn, Massachusetts office. The role focuses on systems architecture, requirements analysis and reverse engineering, gap analysis, documentation, and traceability from requirements through software development and production deployment. The engineer will use MBSE and SysML in Cameo, collaborate with domain experts and software teams, and work on distributed mission planning, ISR management, and decision-support systems. The position requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a relevant advanced degree, at least five years of systems engineering experience, and at least three years of systems-architecture experience using SysML in Cameo. It is a full-time hybrid role with up to 25% remote work and a salary range of $138,000 to $190,000.
