Emergent Software is hiring a Senior Modern Work Engineer to lead mid- to large-sized Microsoft 365 client engagements from discovery through delivery. The role serves as the primary technical point of contact, translates business requirements into secure and scalable solutions, designs architecture and deployment plans, implements identity, endpoint, data protection, and Copilot controls, automates configurations with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, troubleshoots complex issues, and mentors engineers.
