Description
The role develops, implements, and optimizes thermoplastic injection molding and thermoset transfer molding processes; analyzes process performance; leads root-cause investigations; supports new-product introductions; applies Design of Experiments and data-driven methods; collaborates with cross-functional manufacturing teams; maintains engineering documentation; supports equipment qualifications and process validations; and coaches manufacturing personnel. The position requires molding-process development experience, knowledge of injection and transfer molding, structured problem-solving, data analysis, engineering software, and English-Spanish proficiency, with DOE, CAD, scientific molding training, Lean/Six Sigma, and regulated-manufacturing experience preferred.
