Description
The role develops, implements, and optimizes thermoplastic injection molding and thermoset transfer molding processes in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include process analysis, root-cause investigations, new-product-introduction validation, Design of Experiments, equipment and process qualification, documentation, and technical coaching. The position requires molding-process experience, structured problem-solving and data-analysis skills, engineering-tool proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and English and Spanish proficiency; DOE, CAD, scientific-molding training, Lean or Six Sigma experience, and related certifications are preferred.
