ARK is hiring a full-time Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer for an on-site role in Beirut, Lebanon. The position leads project MEL activities, maintains MEL frameworks, conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments, manages and analyzes data, produces reports, supports training and third-party monitoring, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Candidates need more than eight years of MEL experience in international development, security, or stabilization sectors, advanced MEL and data-analysis knowledge, Arabic and English fluency, and willingness to conduct fieldwork across Lebanon.
