Androscoggin Bank is hiring a Senior Mortgage Processor to prepare and submit complete loan files for complex mortgage loans, gather and verify documentation, coordinate with clients and loan officers, prepare RESPA and Reg. B disclosures, monitor underwriting conditions, and mentor junior mortgage specialists. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of mortgage loan processing and TRID document preparation experience, recent FHA, RD, and VA file processing experience, lending-regulation knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid leave, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and an intended hiring range of $28 to $30 per hour.
