Description
Nu is seeking a Motion Design Lead to define and evolve a global motion language, lead motion design for high-impact digital products, translate usability and brand concepts into functional motion patterns, partner with design, engineering, research, and brand teams, mentor designers, ensure accessibility and performance across devices and markets, and use AI tools to scale the practice. The role requires proven experience leading motion design at scale, expertise in animation, interaction design, prototyping, and related tools, a strong portfolio, engineering collaboration experience, and knowledge of accessibility and global motion standards.
