Description
HelloFresh Group is hiring a Senior Motion Designer 2D/3D for its Berlin studio to create and animate high-quality 2D and 3D motion assets for TV, digital OOH, Paid Social, and YouTube. The role combines creative execution with systems-level work, including motion design guidelines, reusable templates, workflows, and asset libraries, while using AI tools to accelerate production. The designer will collaborate with creative and brand leads, mentor junior designers and freelancers, and maintain precise timing, easing, pacing, and sound design. The position requires at least five years of motion design experience, strong 2D and 3D portfolios, proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience integrating AI-assisted creative tools.
