Neon Aero is hiring a Senior Motor Control Engineer to own the architecture and development of high-performance motor-control software for linear and rotary actuators. The role focuses on FOC-based current, velocity, and position control, sensor-based and sensorless strategies, TI C2000 embedded implementation, model-based design, controller tuning, calibration, SIL/MIL/HIL testing, hardware bring-up, and integration with higher-level systems. Candidates need at least five years of motor-control software development experience, strong FOC and real-time embedded systems expertise, and proficiency in C/C++ and model-based design tools.
