Vandrel is hiring a senior motor-electrification engineer to translate magnet-wire material properties into motor-level performance, run customer engineering, build thermal, electromagnetic, and dielectric models, lead winding-design conversations, define initial SKUs, support qualification and failure analysis, and represent the company in customer reviews and design-in sessions. The role requires at least five years of experience in motor design, electrical machines, power electronics, or traction drives, along with expertise in winding design, insulation systems, and high-power motor constraints.
