The Senior MSP Technical Lead / Solutions Architect will serve as a senior technical authority for an Australian IT services provider, working hands-on across Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, backup, and cybersecurity. The role covers solution architecture, technical account management, project delivery, complex L3 escalations, client relationships, and mentoring L1–L3 engineers. It is initially fully remote for Philippines-based candidates, with a potential future hybrid arrangement in Metro Manila, and requires 7+ years of relevant IT experience including senior technical leadership in an MSP environment.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including senior technical leadership within an MSP environment
Hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, backup, and cybersecurity
Experience designing end-to-end solutions across complete client environments
Experience owning and managing technical projects from discovery through handover
Strong L3 escalation and complex troubleshooting experience
Experience providing technical account management across multiple clients
Experience leading and mentoring L1, L2, and L3 engineers
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PSA/RMM platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or Halo
