Description
The Senior Naval Architect will design and deliver the hull and supporting systems for the company’s ocean-deployed Node, performing stability, weights-and-balance, seakeeping, structural, mechanical, and hydrodynamic analyses; developing fabrication drawings; leading multidisciplinary investigations; and coordinating with marine operations, regulators, insurers, and fabricators. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least five years of naval architecture experience, with GHS, parametric CAD, and vessel-stability software expertise. It is a full-time on-site position in Portland, Oregon, with cash compensation of $185,000–$235,000, equity, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
