CodeRoad is hiring a Senior .NET/Blazor Software Developer to lead enterprise application modernization and software engineering initiatives for client engineering PODs. The role involves designing and developing scalable web applications with .NET 8+, C#, and Blazor; leading code analysis, migration planning, performance optimization, and technical strategy; collaborating with product, architecture, engineering, and QA teams; and evaluating emerging technologies. The position requires 7+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, strong Microsoft-stack proficiency, testing and CI/CD expertise, AI-assisted engineering experience, and advanced English.
