The position involves designing and implementing applications, maintaining code quality, making infrastructure changes for deployment, conducting technical interviews, and mentoring junior team members. Required expertise includes C# and .NET, web application development, SQL performance tuning, software architecture patterns including monoliths, microservices, and serverless, code reviews and quality metrics, deployment tools, and cloud infrastructure configuration.
