Description
The role is responsible for second-level monitoring and technical support of LTE networks, including troubleshooting RAN, EPC/Core, radio microwave, and associated infrastructure; analyzing alarms, logs, traces, and packet captures; monitoring KPIs; coordinating with operations, engineering, and Nokia suppliers; and supporting network integration, testing, change management, and documentation.
