The role involves collaborating with architecture, logic build, system, and hardware teams; architecting advanced packaging solutions; analyzing switch-system approaches; and managing projects to meet performance targets. Candidates need a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, at least eight years of Advanced Packaging experience, strong system-level high-speed connectivity knowledge, and strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
