Oracle is hiring a Network Region Build Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale global cloud networks for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure regions and child sites. The role covers data center fabrics, edge and backbone networks, fiber metro networks, network automation, troubleshooting, break-fix and escalation support, root-cause analysis, runbook development, vendor coordination, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need experience in large ISP or cloud provider environments, commodity Ethernet hardware, routing and transport protocols, Internet peering, VPN/SSL technologies, scripting or Python, and network automation frameworks. The US hiring range is $91,400 to $187,000 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
