Description
Oracle is hiring a Network Region Build Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale global cloud networks for new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure regions. The role covers data center fabrics, edge and backbone networks, fiber metro networks, network automation, troubleshooting, break-fix and escalation support, root-cause analysis, runbook development, and vendor collaboration. It requires experience in large ISP or cloud provider environments, commodity Ethernet hardware, routing and transport protocols, Internet peering, VPN/SSL technologies, scripting and automation, and network security and monitoring.
