SFM is hiring a Senior Network Engineer in Bloomington, Minnesota, in a hybrid full-time role reporting to corporate headquarters. The position leads the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and security of enterprise networking infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, LAN/WAN, wireless, load balancing, disaster recovery, and remote-office connectivity. The role also provides technical leadership, project management, performance tuning, audit and vulnerability-assessment support, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of network administration or engineering experience including 2 years focused on enterprise network design, implementation, and optimization, and relevant certifications. The listed compensation is $144,780 to $216,720, with medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
