Coinbase is hiring an Infrastructure Lead for its Exchange team to own and operate ultra-low-latency network infrastructure, physical data-center facilities, routing, market-data architectures, firewalls, secure connectivity, observability, and production change processes. The role requires 8+ years of network, infrastructure, or SRE engineering experience in financial services, electronic trading, or another latency-sensitive environment, along with expertise in multicast networking, BGP, OSPF, VRFs, high-availability architectures, data-center switching, and network automation. The position is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions and offers an annual base salary of $186,065 to $218,900 USD, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
