Description
TTEC is hiring a Principal Network Engineer to design, implement, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, security, voice, cloud, and automation infrastructure. The role includes coordinating with management, vendors, customers, and technical teams; managing complex projects; documenting network designs; and providing 24x7 support. Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, seven years of experience, and extensive knowledge of Cisco networking, SD-WAN, IP routing, security platforms, automation tools, and enterprise infrastructure.
