The role includes network architecture, capacity and performance management, provisioning, fault isolation, incident analysis, Level 3 technical support, 24x7 on-call rotations, documentation, vendor engagement, and training. Candidates need at least seven years of enterprise infrastructure and network design experience, with AWS and GCP deployment, Linux, troubleshooting, and AI/automation experience; the position is hybrid in Cubao or Ortigas.
