Description
Wavenet is hiring a Tier 3 Network Engineer to serve as a senior technical authority in its Network Operations function. The role supports and optimizes production networks and critical customer infrastructure, handles complex incidents and major outages, performs deep troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and firewall technologies, leads service restoration and root-cause analysis, and acts as a technical advisor to customers. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and meet SLA and KPI targets.
