Description
The Senior Network Engineer will operate, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet environments for managed-service customers, including physical and cloud FortiGate systems, firewalls, VPNs, routing, SD-WAN, FortiClient, FortiMail, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP. The role handles second-level incidents, service requests, customer onboarding, documentation, change requests, and FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer reporting. Candidates need several years of Fortinet experience, strong network and security knowledge, practical FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer/EMS experience, customer-focused communication, and excellent German skills; NSE 7 or equivalent FCSS is desirable, while NSE 4/5 and willingness to develop further are also acceptable.
