RingCentral is hiring a Senior Network Engineer, NetOPS Infrastructure to own production routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and Linux network stacks across its global data center footprint. The role covers end-to-end production troubleshooting, firewall and configuration operations, infrastructure projects, platform and application support, and Lab, Stage, and Regression environments. Candidates need at least three years of production network experience, deep TCP/IP knowledge, routing and switching expertise, firewall and Linux skills, server-side context, and hands-on Juniper experience. The position is distributed across the United States, Europe, and India, with five-day business hours and occasional weekend maintenance work.
