Description
ECI is hiring a Senior Network Escalation Engineer for its Managed Services team to provide 24x7 monitoring, operations, and support to clients in financial services, life sciences, legal, and manufacturing sectors. The role troubleshoots complex routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewall issues; assesses networks and vulnerabilities; prepares and executes network changes; leads network design and project work; and supports client onboarding and offboarding. It is a hybrid position with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and requires at least 12 years of network support and project experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, and expert-level networking certifications such as CCIE.
