Description
ECI is hiring a Senior Network Escalation Engineer for its Managed Services team to provide 24x7 monitoring, operations, and technical support to clients in financial services, life sciences, legal, and manufacturing sectors. The role troubleshoots complex routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewall issues; assesses networks and vulnerabilities; prepares and executes network changes; leads network design and project work; and supports client onboarding and offboarding. It is an onsite position with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts that change monthly, requiring immediate joining or a 30–60-day start. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 12 years of network support and project experience, expert-level networking certifications, and hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, and Fortinet technologies.
