The Optical Hardware Validation Engineer manages optical transceiver and networking hardware testing, qualification, interoperability, reliability, and NPI activities. The role owns test procedures, lab infrastructure, vendor and supplier evaluation, compliance and security controls, release readiness, deployment testing, and root-cause analysis. It requires at least five years of experience in optical transceiver testing, quality assurance, or a related field, along with expertise in optical test equipment, high-speed data transmission, networking hardware, signal integrity, and test automation.
