ZEISS India is hiring a Senior Network Security Analyst for its L3 NOC Team. The role independently analyzes and resolves complex network and security incidents involving Zeiss Cloud Proxy, VPN, CDN, WAF, SD-WAN, RAS, and SSE services; monitors and troubleshoots these services using logs, packet captures, and performance data; collaborates with service owners and external providers; and drives operational improvements. The position requires 5–7 years of incident, request, change, and problem management experience, strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, and hands-on expertise in at least one of Akamai WASP, Zscaler SSE, or WAN technologies, with WASP expertise preferred. The role includes 24×7 rotational shifts and on-call support.
