Description
The role serves as a Level 3 escalation point for complex network infrastructure, routing, security, and hybrid-cloud issues across on-premises data centers and AWS. Responsibilities include maintaining FortiGate, Cisco ASA, Akamai WAF, anti-DDoS, Arista, Cisco router, F5, and Infoblox systems; documenting network and security architecture; collaborating with DevOps on infrastructure-as-code and network automation; and supporting live cutovers and critical emergencies. The position requires relevant technical education or equivalent experience, production network troubleshooting, firewall and routing expertise, hybrid-cloud networking knowledge, and strong incident-prioritization and communication skills.
