Senior Network Security Engineer at TECKpert

TECKpert is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to support a state government agency in Tallahassee, Florida. The role owns firewall, VPN, and network security infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, GlobalProtect, network segmentation, cloud security policies, incident response, risk assessments, NIST-aligned documentation, and staff mentoring. It is a full-time contract position with possible extensions, onsite Monday through Friday, and compensation up to $85 per hour or $176,800 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.
