Description
The Network Security Engineer will provide dedicated support for a financial-services customer, monitoring and managing complex secure networks and coordinating with the customer, ITC NOC, security teams, vendors, and SOC analysts. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, and other network and security devices; managing incidents, changes, and service requests; maintaining network documentation; supporting BAU projects; and performing out-of-hours changes and escalations. The role is hybrid, with two days per week on-site at the customer’s offices in Central London, and requires essential Cisco CCNP Enterprise and Security certifications, Fortinet NSE 4 or NSE 5, L2/L3 network support experience, and strong English communication skills.
