1NCE is hiring a Senior Network Software Developer to build and maintain performant C and Go software for processing and routing telecom UDP network traffic and managing telco sessions. The role uses technologies such as DPDK, eBPF XDP, VPP, NATS, Redis, Kafka, and gRPC, and includes feature implementation, troubleshooting, code review, automated testing, architecture decisions, and on-call participation. It is available in Riga, Latvia, or fully remote within approximately three hours of EET, with flexible hours, autonomy, onboarding support, and 26 days of annual leave.
