Node4 is seeking a senior technical support specialist to act as the senior technical authority for reactive support, own complex and business-critical incidents, lead major incidents and escalations, support service restoration, and provide technical leadership to engineers. The role also covers troubleshooting, root-cause resolution, ticket and configuration quality, stakeholder communication, and adherence to SLA, incident, and change-management processes.
