Description
Eccera is seeking a senior network technician to work with a customer in central Stockholm on advanced third-line network operations. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining business-critical networks, managing Layer 2/3 environments and SD-WAN services, monitoring performance, implementing configuration changes, and supporting incidents and escalations across Fortinet, Versa, and Aruba platforms. The position requires strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and English skills, along with familiarity with ITIL and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams.
