Description
C3EL is seeking a Senior Network/Telecommunications Engineer to provide technical engineering support for Department of Defense telecommunications transition activities. The role assesses existing network and telecommunications configurations, evaluates technical alternatives, develops requirements, supports transition planning and implementation, resolves technical issues, and works with technologies including MPLS, Ethernet, optical networking, IP VPN, VoIP, managed network services, voice, satellite, and wireless services. The position is based at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, or an alternative work site, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain CAC/NIPRNet access, and requires senior-level telecommunications or network engineering experience.
