Description
Amperesand is hiring a Senior NPI Technical Program Manager to lead the transition of Solid State Transformer systems from design to scalable manufacturing. The role owns the end-to-end NPI build schedule, MBOM and factory-system readiness, cross-functional coordination, quality and reliability testing, risk management, cost and yield improvement, and post-launch lessons learned. It requires a technical degree, at least seven years of engineering or NPI experience, and on-site work five days per week in Reno, with a stated pay range of $160,000 to $180,000 USD.
