Inadev is hiring a Senior O&M Transition Engineer to lead the technical transition and operational readiness of a Legacy Operations & Maintenance program. The role coordinates infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, cloud services, security, compliance, knowledge transfer, risk management, and operational support activities while maintaining uninterrupted mission operations. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of enterprise IT operations experience, at least 5 years leading O&M transition or infrastructure migration efforts, and experience with mission-critical federal systems. The position is hybrid in Reston, Virginia, and client locations in the Washington, D.C. area, with a salary of $140,000-$150,000.
