Description
DRW is hiring a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to lead offensive security activities across its trading infrastructure, corporate environment, and cloud platforms. The role includes red teaming, penetration testing, adversary simulations, custom tooling, vulnerability remediation, social engineering, AI and LLM security assessments, and the development of offensive security methodology and tooling. The position requires at least five years of hands-on offensive security experience, strong scripting and networking skills, and experience with smart contract auditing and blockchain security. The annual base salary is $175,000 to $275,000, with an eligible discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
