Description

Bazaarvoice is hiring a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to lead internal penetration testing, third-party penetration testing, bug bounty operations, cloud infrastructure assessments, threat modeling, and offensive security program maturity. The role requires extensive offensive security and cloud penetration testing experience, scripting and automation skills, and the ability to mentor engineers and influence security strategy. It is a hybrid position based in Prestige Tech Pacific, Kadubeesanahalli, with working hours of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years of related experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of hands-on offensive security experience, including penetration testing, red teaming, or application security.
3-5 years of hands-on experience operating in, managing, or performing manual penetration tests of cloud infrastructure, including cloud-native attack vectors.
Expert-level knowledge of penetration testing engagement lifecycles and remediation in complex, multi-team environments.
A proven history of mentorship and elevating the skills of others.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, GPEN, or GXPN.
Deep expertise in AWS cloud security operations and infrastructure-as-code security.
Experience building and maturing an offensive security program or function.
Experience leading red team or purple team exercises.
Published security research, conference presentations, or open-source security contributions.
Experience in a Security Development Lifecycle environment and implementing DevSecOps principles.
