Description
Synaptic is hiring a Senior OmniStudio Developer to lead the design, build, integration, quality, and migration of OmniStudio solutions across federal and healthcare Salesforce engagements. The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce development and 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience, along with a current Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant credential and Public Trust clearance eligibility. Responsibilities include developing OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Data Mappers; architecting integrations with Apex, LWC, REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, and AppExchange packages; extending Salesforce Industries clouds; managing CI/CD and code reviews; mentoring developers; and applying AI-augmented development practices. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $185,000 USD plus an annual bonus and growth participation points.
